Growing up in the countryside with nothing to do other than surf YouTube, created the perfect environment for Tom to discover a wide variety of electronic sounds that were arriving from London, Paris and further afar. Despite cutting his teeth on guitar and jamming to Metallica non-stop, it was the discovery of The Chemical Brothers, Daft Punk and The Prodigy that turned his world upsidedown. 

 

This was balanced with the alternative sounds of indie rock with acts like Franz Ferdinand, The Strokes, Grizzly Bear and Gorillaz also featuring heavily in his listening rotation.

 

This sweet spot where both these genres live is where Tom likes to create.
